Salg\u0131n\u0131n birinci dalgas\u0131n\u0131 kazas\u0131z belas\u0131z atlatsak bile \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde bizi bekleyen ikinci ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc dalgalar\u0131 var. E\u011fer virus kendili\u011finden mutasyona u\u011fray\u0131p ortadan kaybolmazsa veya insanl\u0131k mucizevi bir ila\u00e7 bulamazsa 2020\u2019nin neredeyse tamam\u0131n\u0131n karantinalarla, s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmalarla ge\u00e7irece\u011fiz. Yani al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z eski hayat\u0131m\u0131za neredeyse bir y\u0131l ara vermi\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. \u0130\u015f yerleri kapal\u0131 kalacak. \u0130nsanlar AVM\u2019lerden uzak duracak. Butikler, kafeler, restoranlar ve sinemalar bo\u015f kalacak. Turizm, ticaret, finans, hizmet, \u00fcretim, altyap\u0131  ve tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131nda zorluklar ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131z ve bir\u00e7o\u011fumuz bu durumdan ciddi \u015fekilde etkilenecek.  Belki de sonu\u00e7 olarak, Cumhuriyet tarihimizin en b\u00fcy\u00fck ekonomik daralmas\u0131na \u015fahitlik edece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resme bu \u015fekilde bak\u0131nca, insan\u0131n bir \u00e7are d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnesi, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm i\u00e7in harekete ge\u00e7esi bile gelmez. \u00d6yle de\u011fil mi? Hayat\u0131m\u0131za bildi\u011fimiz anlamda devam etmemize engel olan her durum, yolunda gitmeyen \u015feyleri fark etmemiz ve bunlar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmemiz i\u00e7in bize sunulmu\u015f f\u0131rsatlard\u0131r. M\u00fc\u015fterinin hayat\u0131ndaki yeni ac\u0131 ve k\u00fclfet noktalar\u0131 yeni marka \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerini, marka de\u011fer teklifinizin yeni ko\u015fullara g\u00f6re revize edilmesini gerektiriyor.<\/li><li>Toplum, insanlar ve ekonomik ko\u015fullar de\u011fi\u015firken \u015firketlerin ayn\u0131 kalmalar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez. \u015eirketinizin tedarik y\u00f6netimini, \u00fcretim ve t\u00fcm di\u011fer y\u00f6netsel fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 yeni \u2018normalle\u2019 uyumlu hale getirmelisiniz. T\u00fcm \u00e2t\u0131l s\u00fcre\u00e7lerden, verimsiz kaynak y\u00f6netimi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan ve silolar halinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f fonksiyonlar\u0131ndan kurtulmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. \u015eirketinizi bug\u00fcn yeniden kuracak olsayd\u0131n\u0131z nas\u0131l bir \u015firket tasarlard\u0131n\u0131z? Harekete ge\u00e7me ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm zaman\u0131. <\/li><li>Zorluk zamanlar\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok insan probleme odaklan\u0131r. Bu yayg\u0131n bir insan tepkisidir. Ancak ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 insanlar\u0131n ortak \u00f6zelli\u011fi, zor bir durumla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131nda probleme de\u011fil, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131na odaklanmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Sizin i\u00e7in ne kadar zor olursa olsun, bu d\u00f6nem sorunun \u00fczerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme zaman\u0131 de\u011fil. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretme yetene\u011finize her zamankinden daha \u00e7ok ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z var.
